REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Arab Here, we strive to make your travel experience smooth and enjoyable. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are possible, how they are processed, and what to expect if you need to cancel or change your booking.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Refunds are handled according to the specific tour, services included, and the timing of cancellation.
By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER
If you need to cancel your booking:
a) Cancellation more than 30 days before departure
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee (typically 5% of total booking).
b) Cancellation 15–30 days before departure
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
c) Cancellation less than 15 days before departure
Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, as arrangements with hotels, guides, and local services are already finalized.
d) Special circumstances
If cancellation is due to medical emergencies or unforeseen serious events, contact us directly.
We may offer partial refunds, credit for future trips, or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
3. CANCELLATION BY ARAB HERE
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in the following cases:
Insufficient number of travelers to operate the tour safely
Political unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events
Safety concerns related to travel or local conditions
In such cases:
You will be offered a full refund, OR
An alternative tour/date of equal value, if preferred
4. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Minor changes to travel dates or the number of travelers may be possible if requested in advance.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Major changes (different tour, different destination) are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, and refund rules apply.
5. PAYMENT METHOD AND REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are returned using the same method as the original payment (credit card, bank transfer, or other).
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Some costs are non-refundable due to third-party policies, including:
International flights or airport transfers booked through us
Special event tickets included in the tour (concerts, shows, festivals)
Certain accommodations with strict cancellation rules
We always inform travelers of any non-refundable items at the time of booking.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips.
Travel insurance can cover cancellations due to medical emergencies, unexpected events, or personal circumstances not eligible for a refund under our policy.
Arab Here is not responsible for insurance coverage; it must be arranged by the traveler.
